Delivery Information

We offer a variety of shipping options. We ship to EU with UPS,DPD,GLS, NetEexpress. We choose the service depending on your location. NO SAME DAY SHIPMENTS. In stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays in Bulgaria. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday only, except holidays. Аfter shipment you will receive message with Tracking number and detailed information where to track your order. Within the EU delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please give as much information as possible for delivery to ensure an accurate prompt delivery. Although we cannot guarantee a delivery date please ensure that there is someone in at the delivery address you have given to us to sign for the parcel. Аfter sending the shipment responsibility for the package and any delay brings the courier company. The parcel cannot be left with a neighbour and must be signed for by someone with access to the address we have been given. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Your address for shipment must be the same with registered in your PayPal account address. Your valid phone number is required for delivery. Write it on the PayPal page or send us an email to: office@deeptech-bg.com

We will not pass this number on to anyone except the delivery company so that they can contact you if they have problems finding your 

address. All courier companies  require a phone number to guarantee secure delivery. Courier companies are responsible if there is delay in shipment. All prices are different for countries outside of EU. For delivery to countries outside of EU please contact us by email at office@deeptech-bg.com and provide us with postal code to calculate shipping charge.
